1. Who we are
Cofre Love is a couples app operated by RIBEIRO SOLUÇÕES E TECNOLOGIA LTDA (document: CNPJ 48.208.179/0001-01), Heitoraí, Goiás, Brasil. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD), we are the controller of the data processed by the app. Contact of the data controller: solucoesempresariaisribeiro@gmail.com.
2. Data we process

We don't sell your data, we don't use behavioral advertising, and we don't track you across apps.
3. Legal bases
We process the data to perform the service you requested when creating the account (execution of contract), to comply with legal obligations, to protect the security of the app (legitimate interest) and, where applicable, with your consent, for example in notifications, in the use of AI Advisor and in games for over 18s. You can withdraw a consent at any time.
4. Who receives the data (operators)
- Hosting, database and authentication providers: maintain the couple's account and content necessary for the app to function.
- Media storage providers: store photos, videos and audio shared on the app.
- Artificial Intelligence Services: Process only the minimal texts or data you choose to send to the Advisor and star readings.
- App stores and subscription management providers: process Cofre Love Premium status. Card data is processed by the store or payment method.
- Notification and email delivery services: send notices, account confirmation and access recovery.
- External login providers: Receive the necessary data when you choose to sign in with a third-party account.
These providers act in accordance with Cofre Love's instructions and receive only the data necessary for each purpose. Some may process data outside Brazil. In these cases, we adopt the guarantees provided for in the LGPD for international transfers.
5. Security
Connections use encryption in transit, access to data is restricted by security rules in each table, media is only accessed by authorized temporary addresses, and the Private Vault and messages use encryption on the device. Locking by PIN/biometrics is optional. No system is completely immune to failure; If there is a relevant incident, we will notify you and the competent authority, as required by law.
6. How long do we keep
We keep the data for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your data and the content that depends on it, except what the law requires us to keep. Couple content is only completely removed when both people leave the couple. Technical logs are kept for a short period of time.
7. Your rights
You can request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information on sharing and review of automated decisions, in addition to withdrawing consent. Many actions you do in the app itself (edit profile, delete memories, More › Delete my account). For others, write to solucoesempresariaisribeiro@gmail.com; We respond within 15 days. You can also complain to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
8. Artificial intelligence
The Advisor, tarot and star readings use artificial intelligence and are made for entertainment and light support. They do not replace psychological, medical or legal support and can be wrong. In a risk or crisis situation, seek professional help; In Brazil, CVV calls 188 and SAMU calls 192.
9. Love Vault and Pix
The Love Vault is symbolic. The app does not receive, store or transfer money, and does not confirm bank payments. The code Pix is just a help for you to pay through your bank's app.
10. Minors
The Cofre Love is intended for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we may delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We can update this text. When the change is relevant, we will notify you in the app. The update date is at the top.
