I forgot the password. On the login screen, tap “I forgot my password”.
I forgot the PIN from the app. On the PIN screen, choose the option to recover with your account password. Anyone who entered with Apple or Google must log out of the account and log in again.
How do I cancel Premium? Through the store: in the App Store in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; in Google Play in Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions.
How do I unlink the couple? In the app, under More, use “Unlink couple”. Both people need to confirm.
