Delete account and data

You can delete your account at any time, right in the app.

Step by step

1. Open Cofre Love and log in to your account.
2. Tap More.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

What is erased

Your account, your profile, your preferences, your notification tokens, and account-dependent content. When both people in a couple delete their accounts, the couple's content (memories, messages, letters and goals) are also removed.

What can be kept

Only what the law requires us to keep, for example records of a purchase. The subscription is charged by the store: deleting the account does not cancel the subscription; cancel first at App Store or Google Play Subscriptions.
