1. Accept

By creating an account or using Cofre Love, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application. The app is offered by RIBEIRO SOLUÇÕES E TECNOLOGIA LTDA.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 years of age or older and have the capacity to accept these Terms. Each person maintains their own account; do not share your password.

3. What the app offers

Private space for couples: memories, letters, chat, challenges, symbolic goals, routine, stars and a support counselor with artificial intelligence. Entertainment content (tarot, stars, advice) is not professional advice.

4. Love Vault

It is a symbolic record of goals and deposits. The Cofre Love is not a bank, payment institution or broker, does not store or move money and does not confirm transfers. Any actual payments are made by you, outside of the app.

5. Content and conduct

The content you submit is yours, and you are responsible for it. You authorize us to store it and display it to your partner only for the app to function. It is prohibited to send illegal content, that involves minors, that violates the rights of third parties, or use the app to harass, threaten or expose someone without consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Content for over 18s

Some games have adult content and are only released with the consent of both people in the couple. Anyone can revoke consent at any time. Use only if you both want.

7. Cofre Love Premium

The Premium plan is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. The benefit applies to the couple. The price appears on the subscription screen before purchase. You can cancel at any time in your store's subscription settings; Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow the rules of the store you purchased from.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available, but interruptions may occur. We may change functions and update these Terms; Relevant changes will be notified in the app.

9. Closing

You can delete the account whenever you want at More › Delete my account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Responsibility

The app is offered as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made based on entertainment or AI content, nor for indirect damages. Nothing here takes away rights that the law guarantees to the consumer.

11. Law and jurisdiction
